Taman Anggrek Mall & Condominium, Jakarta, Indoneisa

US$350,000,000 mixed use project consisting of eight, 36 storeys condominium towers above a 6 story regional shopping center on a 23acre site.
As a senior member of an 11 person on site architectural team under the direction of ltoon+Porter Architects. Included on the team were three resident architects from Altoon+Porter Architects Los Angeles, California, USA.
Taman Anggrek was a fast track project with construction document and co-ordination between consultants completed on site.
My responsibilities included producing over 1,000 Detailed SK sketches, delegating and checking work of draftsmen, M&E and structural co-ordination, shop drawing review,
ironmongery schedules, site supervision and co-ordination with construction supervisors, co-ordination with sub contractors, and creating defect and omission lists.
